Germany's lost genocide
Germany is in negotiations with Namibia about how to properly amend for the genocide of two ethnic groups in the African nation during colonial rule.
The ethnic groups affected in the genocide, the Herero and Nama, do not trust the Namibian government to negotiate for them. They have demanded reparations.
The German government won't give reparations because it would be an admission of guilt under the UN.
