Violence on Korean Air flights
Pop singer Richard Marx helped restrain a violent passenger on Korean Air. The crew was "ill-trained" and "ill-equipped," he said.
"They didn't know how to use the taser & they didn't know how to secure the rope around him," Marx's wife, Daisy Fuentes, wrote on Instagram.
In response, Korean Air said it will improve staff training and hire more male flight attendants. Now, only 10 percent of its flight attendants are male.
