The internet is vast and filled with nazis and bad news. Twitter — the home of Alex Jones, Eric Garland threads, and people who quote tweet Trump news with the caption “This changes everything” — is somehow even worse, save one particular user (sorry Cute Animal Twitter, you’re still in time out).

Relationships.txt, also known as @redditships, is an account that tweets out screenshots of the most absurd (and occasionally delightful) posts in r/relationships. Sometimes the unknown person behind the account might comment on the post at hand, or announce they’re taking a vacation, but otherwise, it’s just some weird Reddit stories formatted for your viewing pleasure.

Though r/relationships ostensibly exists to give Redditors with relationship problems a place to air their grievances and crowdsource advice, over the years the Maury Povich show of the internet. If you somehow haven’t heard of the grand saga of Jenny, Carly, and u/MyLifeSuxNow — and you have a couple hours to fall down a rabbit hole of utter insanity — this thread is a prime example of r/relationships at its most potent.

For a brief respite from that guy who overuses the 👀 emoji and your friend who lives in Trump’s mentions and wallow in the probably-real mistakes of internet strangers on a platform far removed from where they belong. (P.S. There’s also a similar account for r/legal_advice ).
