Up until last week, if you typed those two words into Google, it would autocomplete with “evil.”
Google has since removed that suggestion, along with “are Jews evil.”
Autocomplete is based on search volume, which sometimes leads to “unexpected or unpleasant” suggestions, according to a spokesperson for the company.
