Like many objectively evil people, Steve Bannon has a way of weaseling himself back into the public conversation just when you think the world’s finally had enough of his shit. Last month, the New York Times ran a story disclosing that, following his ouster from the White House, Bannon had pivoted to crypto. And earlier this week, Bannon made waves for claiming that Martin Luther King “would be proud of what Donald Trump has done has done for [the] black and Hispanic working class.” Reader, you do not need to be able to communicate with the dead to know that if Martin Luther King were alive today, he would not be proud of Donald Trump. Steve Bannon is the worst.

If Steve Bannon is intent on never going away, then the least we can do is ridicule him while he’s here. To that end, the Department of the Navy released Bannon’s naval records a couple months ago (Bannon was a naval officer for a few years in the 70’s and 80’s), and while the records themselves are hard to read and redacted to shit and back, they do include an extremely creepy photocopy of a photocopy of his officer headshot.
