I deleted Tinder months ago as an act of radical self-care. Then I reinstalled it. Then I uninstalled it again. All of this was still part of the, ahem, radical self-care. You know what they say: 20th delete’s the charm.

I’m of course not alone. Since it launched in 2012, Tinder has become almost synonymous with dating, which is fitting: the act of dating and the act of using Tinder to facilitate those dates are a frustrating, cyclical match made in hell. On this episode of the show, Outline future editor Casey Johnston and I pose the crucial question: Is Tinder actually for meeting people?
